Brain Injury Program​

The Brain Injury Program (BIP) serves eligible Vermonters who have sustained a moderate to severe brain injury and provides rehabilitation and life skills services. It is designed to support participants to regain independence and be able to return to work. We work with participants to develop a comprehensive plan of care that reflects their needs, strengths, preferences, and goals.
